Leading the exceptional staff team at First Steps Children's Nursery (St Edward's) is Kirsty, Nursery Manager. She holds a Diploma in Nursery Nursing, Management Level 3, and is a long serving member of the First Steps team. Kirsty worked at our Ashton Court and Rathvilly settings before being promoted to lead the team at the newest First Steps nursery, which opened in February 2014. She is an inspiring, dedicated manager who leads by example.

Deputy Manager is Suzanne. Suzanne is also a well-established member of the First Steps team, with over 15 years' experience. Suzanne holds qualifications in childcare and also in management and customer service. Her bright and warm personality sets the tone at St Edward's - it's a happy, welcoming place!

Together they lead a close-knit, supportive and very dedicated team of staff.

At our first Ofsted inspection, the inspectors noted: "The management team have a clear vision and are passionate about staff's work with children. As a result, the staff team work extremely well together to ensure that children receive a good quality learning experience."

The St Edward's team also includes:
